Referring Professionals

Financial advisors, CPAs, fiduciaries, and fellow attorneys: when your client needs help with an Oregon probate or estate plan, I’ll take good care of them and keep you in the loop.

Who I help

  • Families who need a will, revocable living trust, power of attorney, or advance directive
  • Personal representatives and family members handling an Oregon probate
  • Heirs and beneficiaries with questions about a small estate affidavit or estate administration

What you can expect

  • Prompt response. I personally return calls and emails, and I’ll reach out to your client quickly after a referral.
  • Collaboration. With your client’s permission, I’ll coordinate with you on asset information, beneficiary designations, tax questions, and timing.
  • Clear communication. Your client gets plain-language explanations and personal attention from the first call through the end of the matter.
  • Your role respected. I focus on the legal work and leave investment, tax, and accounting advice to you.

How to refer a client

  2. Or ask your client to use the contact form and mention your name so I know you referred them.
  3. Please share only general details (for example, “a client needs help with a probate in Multnomah County”). I’ll gather confidential information directly from your client.
